Earlier this year‚ I was able to photograph Tyler’s proposal to Amanda at the Kraft Azalea Garden in Winter Park․ Tyler wanted to give his date some privacy‚ so they went on a date one weekday in the evening when the sun was beginning to set in the garden․ There were few other people in the garden on that day‚ and the warm‚ golden light of sunset created a more romantic atmosphere․
Their dating history began years ago with a date to the Museum of Illusions in Orlando․ The Museum of Illusions is designed to create optical illusions․ However‚ no illusions existed for this couple on their first ever date․ They immediately formed a strong bond and continued to develop a relationship that would last․
Tyler would ask us to create a romantic atmosphere‚ and that we set up flowers and candles for him before the event․ As we decorated the proposal spot‚ we saw the sky reflected in the candlelight and knew Amanda would enjoy the romantic atmosphere․
When the time was right‚ the couple met‚ and the answer from Amanda‚ well‚ she said yes‚ with enthusiasm and delight! It was so wonderful to see her joy and to photograph her reaction to the proposal․
As always‚ it was an honor to photograph this proposal․ Congrats to Tyler and Amanda! Hope the wedding planning starts soon! 💍
